When you train with Ace Elite CT - you  have the benefit of working with an athlete who has proven herself at the highest level of competition. As an Allstar National Champion, Brit has had endless hours on the mat and in competition. This experience - and love for the sport - has helped her build a dream team of coaches who work with athletes of all levels to become their best selves. She is an authority on the techniques and strategies to develop athletes while creating a positive and supportive environment on and off the mat. 

When it comes to cheerleading, safety and trust are fundamental to peak performance and team camaraderie.  We focus on proper technique so each child may become the best cheerleader, tumbler, athlete - safely.

We believe in coaching all athletes to strive for their personal best. We condition athletes to

nurture strength of character as well physical strength for the body.

All attending members are expected to uphold positive attitudes, a high degree of motivation, drive, determination, belief in oneself, belief in others, the willingness to learn, and commit to both setting and achieving goals.
